    5. Payment Terms

    Payment schedules are outlined in your project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design is transferred to the client. WebifyXpress retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    7. Revisions

    Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    WebifyXpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable. Deposits for work not yet started may be refundable at our discretion.

    Our websites may integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, and marketing platforms. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these external services.
